WHAT: About 300 club leaders will troop to Malacanang to make an appeal to President Duterte to VETO DOUBLE PLATE BILL.
WHEN: February 4, 2019, Monday at exactly 10:00 in the morning.
CONDUCT:
Riders assembly point is at Burger King Welcome Rotunda at exactly 8:00 in the morning
8:30 am-start of short motorcade along Espana to Mendiola.
10:00 am-Start of program at Mendiola(will also negotiate to let at least 10 leaders to enter Malacanang to have the letters from various clubs received).
