April 28, 2015 as the date of execution of Mary Jane Veloso and seven other
foreign nationals convicted of drug crimes in Indonesia.
NAGKAISA believes Mary
Jane was a victim of a drug syndicate and her fate a painful consequence of the
country’s chronic unemployment problem - an issue that will be raised by
workers on the planned Labor Day protests.
